Free Shipping

We love rewarding our customers! Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Kairo & Alora.

Shipping Costs

New Zealand

  • Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days after dispatch) – FREE for orders over $100 NZD
  • Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days after dispatch) – $7 NZD for orders under $100 NZD

Estimated timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time:

Orders placed Monday-Friday are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched the following business day.

Shipping Time (after dispatch):

New Zealand Express: 1-2 business days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example: Order placed Wednesday afternoon → Dispatched Thursday → Delivered Friday-Monday

Busy Periods:

During sales and New Zealand public holidays, expect an additional 3-5 business days delay to dispatch times. Our warehouse and customer service teams work extra hard during these periods to process orders.

Order Updates

Here's what you can expect after placing your order:

  1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately with all your order details
  2. Dispatch Notification: We'll email you when your order leaves our studio
  3. Tracking Information: Once NZ Post collects your package, you'll receive tracking details to follow your parcel's journey in real-time

Special Circumstances

Rural Delivery: No extra charges for rural addresses - our standard shipping rate includes rural delivery.

PO Boxes: We don't ship to PO boxes as signature is required for delivery.

Busy Periods: During high-volume times (sales, holidays), please be patient as we work through increased order volumes. We appreciate your understanding.

Address Changes: Need to change your delivery address? Contact us at customersupport@kairoandalora.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Arrived? Contact us immediately if your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe.

Damaged Package? Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us straight away if there are any issues.

Wrong Address? Double-check your shipping address before completing your order - we ship to the address you provide.
