Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at customersupport@kairoandalora.com to start your return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We offer full refunds for returns that meet our policy requirements. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Item Condition Requirements

Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

If your returned item doesn't meet our condition requirements, we'll contact you to discuss options before processing your return.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Contact us at customersupport@kairoandalora.com and we'll make it easy.

How it works:

  1. Email us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange
  2. We'll confirm your new item and send return instructions
  3. Send back your original item (you cover return postage)
  4. Once we receive it, we'll ship your replacement at no extra charge (if same price)

You'll cover:

  • Return postage
  • Price difference (if exchanging for a higher-priced item)

We'll cover:

  • Shipping on your replacement item
  • Fast processing (we'll get your new item out quickly!)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalised items (made specifically for you)
  • Sale items (marked as final sale)
  • Gift vouchers (non-refundable)

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us at customersupport@kairoandalora.com straight away if you receive:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged jewellery
  • Incorrect items

We'll evaluate and make it right if you receive defective or damaged products.
